General Motors India on Tuesday launched a new variant of its premium sports utility vehicle Captiva, priced between Rs 18.74 lakh and Rs 24.59 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
"The Captiva is everything our customers across India have come to associate with the Chevrolet name plate. In India, it has established a clear niche for itself in the premium SUV segment," General Motors India President and Managing Director Lowell Paddock said in a statement.
The new Captiva is powered by a 2.2 litre engine with a six-speed automatic transmission.
"The Captiva 2.2 A/T is a new addition to the Captiva variant line up in India offering an aggressive feature," the company said.
