At least 45 people have been killed in a wave of Russian air strikes in the north of the regime stronghold of Latakia province, a monitor said on Tuesday.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Right said civilians were among the dead in the strikes on Monday in Jabal al-Akrad, and that dozens more were wounded.
