At least eight people have drowned and several others are missing in the Georgian capital Tbilisi in serious flooding, the interior minister said Sunday.
"At least eight people died" in the flood, interior minister Vakhtang Gomelauri told Georgia's Rustavi 2 television.
An unnamed official quoted by the channel said the toll has since risen to nine.
