A deadly US air strike on a hospital in the Afghan city of Kunduz constituted an attack on the Geneva conventions, the MSF charity that ran the hospital said Wednesday.
"This was not just an attack on our hospital, it was an attack on the Geneva conventions. This cannot be tolerated," Doctors without Borders chief Joanne Liu told reporters.
