President Barack Obama told his French counterpart Francois Hollande Tuesday the United States stands united with France against terror.
"We are all French," Obama told Hollande, in French, after hosting him at the White House for talks on how to confront the threat posed by Islamic State.
"We are here to declare that the United States and France stand united in total solidarity to deliver justice to terrorists and those who sent them, and to defend our nations," he said
