South Korea has offered Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe a long-awaited summit next week with President Park Geun-Hye, a presidential spokeswoman said Monday.
"We have made a proposal to hold the summit on November 2, but have not heard from Japan yet, the spokeswoman told AFP."
