Greece's exit from the euro zone would create a "credibility problem" for the euro zone, French Finance Minister Michel Sapin said here on Saturday.
Sapin told journalists at a meeting with his Portuguese counterpart Maria Luis Albuquerque that it would be a "catastrophe" if Greece withdrew from the Eurozone.
"We want Greece to stay in the euro zone," he said.
The French finance minister also pointed to the need to find a "lasting and credible solution" for Greece.
