The Abu Dhabi City Municipality (ADM) started in the 2nd Quarter of 2016, the installation of 4, 366 lampposts in Mohammed Bin Zayed City. The project is set for completion in the final Quarter of 2017.
This project is part of the overall objectives of both the Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport at the Abu Dhabi City Municipality. It testifies the ADM keenness to provide the best infrastructure services.
The move is part of the comprehensive development drive witnessed by Mohammed Bin Zayed City, and fulfils the community needs in the light of the rising demographic, business & residential growth. The project includes lighting streets of the Mohammed Bin Zayed City including all residential sectors at a total cost of AED76.4 million. It also includes supplying and installing lampposts, LED light fixtures for 4, 366 lampposts along with their concrete bases.
