Beheira Governor Mohamed Sultan on Saturday witnessed signing a contract between the governorate and a Chinese company to establish a fodder factory.
The USD 200 million-project will be established on an area of 21,000 m2 in the new industrial zone in the governorate's Housh Issa district.
The project will provide 300 direct job opportunities and a lot of other indirect ones, the governor said.
Sultan directed the bodies concerned in the governorate to accelerate issuing licenses and permits needed for the factory.
