The cabinet, under Prime Minister Sherif Ismail, approved on Wednesday a deal with the French Development Agency (FDA) to provide a grant worth 15 million euros.
The agreement was signed on October 10, 2015.
The grant will be channeled into developing slum areas and supporting employment in Egypt.
