China will issue 10 billion yuan (1.64 billion U.S. dollars) of seven-year book-entry treasury bonds, the Ministry of Finance announced Wednesday.
It is the third issuance of book-entry t-bonds this year.
Interest on the bonds is fixed at 4.44 percent. Interest and the principal will both be paid upon maturity on Jan. 16, 2021.
The bonds are being sold on the inter-bank bond market until Jan. 20 and will become tradable on Jan. 22.
