Two shareholders’ agreements were signed Monday in Algiers by public companies under the holding company Consumet (steel construction) and two Portuguese companies to particularly manufacture in Algeria hydrocarbon storage equipment and steel cladding for buildings.
The first agreement was signed by Batimetal group and the National Company of Framework and Boilermaking (ENCC) for the Algerian side and Amal group for the Portuguese side.
