A total of 600 kilograms of Turkish bass, bream and trout will be served to visitors at the European Seafood Exposition (ESE) to take place in Brussels between April 23 and 25.
Two cooks will cook the fishes at the ESE.
ESE is one of the world's biggest water products fairs.
More than 5,000 visitors are expected at the ESE.
Turkey exports water products to 73 countries and earned 467 million USD from such exports in 2012.
