Twenty insurgents have been killed in two different drone strikes in eastern Nangarhar province in Afghanistan, an official said on Thursday.
Ahmad Zia Ahmadzai, the spokesman for the governor of Nangarhar province, said that the drone strikes were carried out in Haroun Baba area of Haska Mina District late yesterday, Khaama Press reported.
He said the militants were changing their location when came under the drone strikes.
Ahmadzai confirmed no civilian casualties were reported in the attacks.
