A huge fire erupted at Attaba telephone exchange building in central Cairo, causing suffocation cases, security a source said in statements to MENA on Thursday.
No casualties were reported from the blaze, the source added.
Civil protection forces have provided more than 20 fire engines to contain the fire, the source asserted.
The cause of the blaze is unknown so far, he added.
