A Libyan soldier was killed on Wednesday in Quarshah, west of Benghazi, as a landmine exploded.
The landmine was planted by Daesh, spokesman for the Libyan special forces Milud al Zway told MENA on Thursday.
Clashes with Daesh in Quaeshah area continue for the third straight day, he said, noting that Daesh was encumbered with heavy losses.
