The renowned Egyptian artist Georges Bahgory will hold an exhibition called Bahgory on Revolution at Al-Masar Gallery in Zamalek.
Through his paintings, the artist gives an artistic commentary on the Egyptian Revolution and its participants.
His work also looks at Um Kalthoum, a representative of Egypt's musical and artistic heritage, and examines how Egyptian patriotism is reflected in nationalistic songs.
The exhibition will open on Sunday 21 January at 7pm and will run until 17 February.
