Egypt's Mufti Shawki Allam delegated Ibrahim Negm, one of his advisers, to take part in the World Economic Forum (WEF) to take up strategies of fighting extremist thought.
Negm will present a file including the strategy adopted by Darul Iftaa to fight extremist ideas, said a statement by Darul Iftaa on Friday.
The file includes a number of important messages to understand the phenomenon that endangers world peace and security, the statement said.
The file urges the international community to assume its responsibilities to tackle this threat, mainly adopting new policies on the ground by supporting Egypt in its war against terrorism.
