Culture Minister Abdul Wahid El Nabawi on Saturday said EGP one million was allocated to complete the restoration of Tanta theater.
During a visit to Gharbia governorate, the minister inspected the theater to follow up the latest developments and to overcome all obstacles that face the ongoing restoration process there.
The minister said that 16 teams were formed to speed the completion of the theater's development work to restore it as a cultural and enlightening beacon for the middle Delta region.
The next phase will witness a significant development in Egypt's cultural movement, the minister promised.
