Bibliotheca Alexandrina On the 10th anniversary of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, the Calligraphy Centre has launched the Fifth International Forum of writings and inscriptions. The third day is dedicated to a field visit to the archaeological monasteries in Wadi Natrun, as well as Citadel of Qaitbay and Midan el Masaged (Mosque Square) in Alexandria.

Those two themes include the documentation, publishing and surveying of Ancient Egyptian inscriptions including Coptic inscriptions, Arabic and Turkish inscriptions, Greek and Roman inscriptions, Libyco-Berber inscriptions in addition to the documentation, publishing and surveying Quarry symbols and Petroglyphs/rock art.
