Festival is first of its kind in the Turkish city
Istanbul will host a Russian Festival of Culture, the Hurriyet Daily News Reports.The festival, the first of its kind in the Turkish city, is set to take place between April 15 – April 21,
and aims to improve relations between Russian and Turkish people.
It will feature masterpieces of Russian cinema and performances from the Igor Moiseyev State Academic Ensemble, one of the most renowned Russian Dance companies.
The festival will take place in a variety of venues across the city.
