Today, Thursday will see the launch of the annual Superheroes Festival at Al Majaz Waterfront. The festival, which will run from November 19 – 21, offers the chance for adults and children alike to don their capes and enjoy a masterclass in saving the world superheroes style.
In partnership with Sharjah based organisation FUNN, the festival will feature a fantastic array of performances, films and workshops. FUNN was established by the Sharjah government to promote media arts for and among children and youth in the UAE, and the festival, which offers the very best in media entertainment, fulfils that remit perfectly.

Getting young people to engage with their imaginations is so important and we are really excited to see the magic of superhero films come alive for attendees at this year's festival."
