He noted "Furthering its nation's mission to serve as a platform for global learning and dialogue, the Embassy of Qatar has provided longstanding support to the CCAS," adding "With tremendous generosity, the Embassy of Qatar established the Qatar Post-Doctoral Fellowship program at CCAS, bringing outstanding young scholars to Georgetown to focus on the critical areas of US-Arab relations, Arab studies and Islamic studies."
