The Anadolu Agency on Wednesday inaugurated its Morocco office as part of its "centennial vision" of becoming one of the top five news agencies in the world.
In the second year of the AA's centennial vision, the agency has reached the third phase in broadcasting on a regional basis and continued the development of the restructuring of the Middle East and Africa regional directorate at full steam.
Anadolu Agency (AA) Chairman of the Board and Director General Kemal Ozturk alongside Moroccan Minister of Relations with the Parliament and Civil Society Lahbib Choubani, Turkey's Deputy Defense Minister Hasan Kemal Yardimci, Turkey's Ambassador in Rabat Ugur Ariner and several other media representatives were present at the opening ceremony of the Morocco office.
AA Director General Ozturk is expected to come together with politicians and media representatives during his stay in Morocco.
The central office of the Middle East and Africa Directorate of AA is based in Cairo, the capital of Egypt, with the aim to bring the news directly to the world community in the framework of its "centennial vision".
