A fire broke out in the headquarters of the Moroccan Radio and Television in Hassan district of Rabat on Friday morning.
MENA correspondent said that a state of panic prevailed among residents of the ambassadorial district of Rabat after the thick black smoke filled their houses.
Firefighters rushed to the site and managed to put out the fire after a few hours.
Security forces cordoned off the site. An investigation was launched.
