Daesh has released a chilling new video on the anniversary of 9/11 - threatening new attacks on the US, Daily Mail reported Tuesday.

Extremists claim they are 'back in America' during the ten minute video, which also warns the US to expect a repeat of the atrocity as well as 'cars full of explosives and suicide bombers'.

The film was released as America marked 14 years to the day since two jets were flown into the World Trade Centre in New York killing nearly 3,000 people.

It includes a quote from the terrorist saying: 'For as long as I can remember, I have felt tormented and at war, and have felt hatred and animosity for Americans.'

The video includes footage of Daesh militants fighting along with a song featuring the lyrics: 'The soldiers of Allah are ready'.

Later in the video, a message appears warning: 'We will repeat September 11 and we will send cars full of explosives and suicide bombers.'

It comes just a day after a recording emerged of the leader of Al Qaeda delivering a sinister message to young Muslim men in the United States and other Western countries, encouraging them to carry out attacks in their home countries.

Terror leader Ayman al Zawahiri made the call to arms in an audio recording that was posted online on Sunday.

He also urges militant groups across the world to establish a greater unity in their jihads.
